Terms of Use

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Loomshot.
• You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password safe. Activity on your account is your responsibility.
• If you use Loomshot on behalf of a company, you confirm that you're authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. The service

Loomshot uses AI to create images and videos from your product photos and prompts. We may improve or change the models, features and prices we offer over time. We can't guarantee that the service will always be available or free of errors.

3. Credits and subscriptions

• You need an active subscription to generate. Each generation costs credits depending on the model, quality and length you pick, and you see the cost before you start.
• Monthly plans give you this many credits every billing period: Starter 200, Studio 500, Pro 1500. Current prices are shown on the purchase screen.
• Plan credits renew every period; unused plan credits don't roll over to the next month.
• Extra credit packs (100, 300, 1000) are sold only to active subscribers. Pack credits don't expire at the end of a period and stay in your account even if your subscription ends, ready for when you subscribe again. Plan credits are always used first.
• If a generation fails, the credits it used are refunded automatically.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred. Any remaining credits are removed when you delete your account.

4. Payment, renewal and cancellation

In the iOS app, purchases are made only through the App Store:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it's cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

On the web, payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription on loomshot.ai under Billing → Manage Subscription, and it stays active until the end of the current period. For refund requests about web payments, write to support@loomshot.ai.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple; you need to cancel it separately in your Apple settings. A web subscription is cancelled automatically when you delete your account.

We'll tell you about price changes before they take effect. By getting immediate access to the digital service and starting to use credits, you accept that your statutory right to cancel may end at that point. Your mandatory consumer rights are never affected.

5. Your content

• You keep the rights to the images you upload. You confirm that you have all the rights and permissions needed to upload and use them, including the consent of anyone who appears in them.
• You're responsible for your content and how you use it, and you agree that we're not liable for third-party claims arising from it.
• So that we can run the service (store it, process it and send it to our generation providers), you give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to your content. It ends when you delete the content or your account.

6. Images and videos you create

• To the extent the law allows, we assign to you any rights we have in the outputs you create. You can use them however you like, including commercially.
• AI outputs may not be unique, and other users may get similar results. In some countries AI outputs may not be protected by copyright.
• It's your responsibility to check outputs before using them: make sure they represent your product accurately and don't infringe anyone else's rights (trademarks, copyright, personality rights).

7. What's not allowed

You may not use Loomshot to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent, or alter real people in a recognisable way without their consent.
• Create obscene or sexual content. Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
• Create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, glorifies violence, or is meant to mislead people (fake products, fake brands, deceptive fake imagery).
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademarks or other rights.
• Try to break the service's security, access our systems without permission, access it in bulk with automated tools, or get around content rules.

We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or close the account involved. If you see abuse, please report it to support@loomshot.ai.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time: in the iOS app under Account → Settings → Delete account, or by emailing us.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we need to protect the service from abuse or fraud. If we decide to shut down the service entirely, we'll give you reasonable notice.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or not what you expected, and we don't guarantee they'll fit a particular purpose. Warranties that can't be excluded by law, and your consumer rights, are not affected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, data, business or reputation. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

This limit doesn't apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, to fraud, or to any other liability that can't be limited by law.

11. If you got the app from the App Store

If you downloaded the iOS app from the App Store, the following also applies:

• These terms are between you and Loomshot, not Apple. Loomshot, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
• You may use the app only on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service Usage Rules.
• Loomshot is responsible for maintaining and supporting the app; Apple has no obligation to do so.
• If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you can notify Apple, and Apple will refund the app's purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• Any claims about the app relating to product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property infringement are directed to and handled by Loomshot, not Apple.
• You confirm that you're not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you're not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about important changes in advance, in the app or by email. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes. If you're a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory laws and your right to bring claims there.
